The Alliance for Children's Rights provides free legal services and advocacy to protect the rights of impoverished and abused children and youth so that they have safe, stable homes, health care and the education they need to thrive.

Children's Hospital Los Angeles is a nonprofit, academic, pediatric medical center. We provide the highest quality healthcare for children who are the sickest and most seriously injured in our region and beyond.

EFBC's Feline Conservation Center, also known as the Cat House, is located in Rosamond, California. Cat lovers of all ages who discover this desert zoo/wildlife museum north of Los Angeles are surprised and amazed at the variety of wild cat species found here. We are dedicated to the protection and preservation of the world's endangered felines.

 Laurel Kinder of Kinder4Rescue in Studio City has devoted her life to saving the lives of Chihuahuas and other dog orphans for over 15 years.

In 2009, Ms. Kinder founded Project Flying Chihuahuas to airlift Chihuahuas and mixed breeds of less than 30 pounds to other states. So far, approximately 500 little homeless pups have been rescued and flown to the east where they have been placed in warm, loving homes.
